PoE Lightning Conduit builds without Void Battery

Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now. I thought things were going well, but I've just been absolutely destroyed by the minotaur, and it's made me think that I've got a lot of improvements to make with my build. I have largely been following Ziz's guide here, and this is my character: Keep in mind I am in SSF, although I'm open to all ideas for gear change ups that aren't too impracticle.

PLAYSTYLE < For clear you put down your shocking skill(probably either Wave of Conviction or Orb of Storms) then use Conduit to kill as much of the screen as possible. This means it's a 2-button skill like Desecrate + DD and ED + Contagion, if you don't like that beware. For bossing you press your Wrath Divine Blessing and Curse on the boss, then you either use Orb of Storms or Storm Brand to keep shocking the boss while you spam Conduit. Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &amp;x200B;

This league I decided to play only one build due to loot changes and general constraints of time in my personal life. I was hyped about Lightning Conduit from the reveal and put something together on pob. I would love to hear some feedback on this character as its the first character where I crafted each piece of gear myself (particularly happy with my chestpiece though I would have liked Power Charge on Crit from my slam). I avoided a lot of really expensive upgrades (like triple mod watcher's eyes and some awakened gems) but I think I've struck a great balance between power/defense and $$$.

So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &amp;x200B;

PoB: Basic functionality: 6-link Orb of Storms (just trying out item rarity at the moment), LC in Crest of Desire, Doryani's to bring the lightning res down. Highlights: capped spell suppression, capped chaos res, 7,7M DPS agains non-uber enemies. Problems: armor is way too low, and I have no way of mitigating certain lightning damage one-shots (auras, degens). I tried to switch to Mahuxotl's Machinations, but I discovered that the other side of that trick, Tempered by War from Lethal Pride, also reduces negative lightning resi

Upgraded build from 1m dps to 4.4m dps (by pob estimations, carefully checked in config that i dont have random bonuses eg i have source of inspiration, but cannot get charge due to eldrich battery) and barelly see any difference on same map i running. Id say improvement is 20% at best Edit: My pob

Build isn't as tanky as id like but it was cheap. It was a fun idea and had some pretty awesome clear and boss damage.

Hey guys i'm trying to make a build with the Keystone shield from Ultimatum and could need some feedback. I think it should work the way it is now but im not quite sure and its also kinda expensive. &amp;x200B; Improvement Ideas: with some good kalandra rings and amulets you could increase the damage quite a bit with more negative lightning ress, but didnt wanted to over min max the build yet when its already for lvl 100 &amp;x200B;

I had budget constraints (I think everything combined is well under 5 divines if you shop around) &amp;x200B; 10 mil dps 100% spell supp capped res 4.3k life (can be more) &amp;x200B; Any advice or input appreciated &amp;x200B; I'm loving it so far. bosses get chunked. Only issue is movement speed.

Trying to build a Shock Nova AB Elementalist (I'm open for any other ascendancy recommendation tbh), added Lightning Conduit just to see damage and man is the difference apparent. Just wanted something easy and fun to farm maps at a relatively "fast" speed. , would love some pointers from anyone with a bigger brain than me lol
