Hey guys i'm trying to make a build with the Keystone shield from Ultimatum and could need some feedback. I think it should work the way it is now but im not quite sure and its also kinda expensive.

Improvement Ideas:

with some good kalandra rings and amulets you could increase the damage quite a bit with more negative lightning ress, but didnt wanted to over min max the build yet when its already for lvl 100
