PoE Exsanguinate builds with custom stat filters

I've been running the build for some days now,and i'm loving it. Pobb It's a import from poe ninja(at work atm) so configs might be all over the place. The build is already min-maxed, but i don't have the will to reroll to something else and i would love to push this build even more buttt can't really figure out how. Maybe some synth based daggers,+3 chest and Better gloves ? This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:
