PoE Berserker builds with custom stat filters

Can someone help me find out best (and cheapest, within reason) way of achieveing 98-100% ele conversion of damage taken (phys > any of the 3 elements). Last league i played around with sunder and echoes of creation, was a little burnout but the damage was there as an STR stacker. Around 6ish life, max block 79/78/78 mas res, 40ish armour and 5 endurance charges. Since you generate rage with berserker it's not that bad to play, healing from the warcries is nice too. But how to push further the damage? I got stuck around 7m damage and 1800STR. Pushing damage was hard and survivability too since we cant block spells and suppression is too hard to grab, due to a lot of uniques. Perhaps pushing to slot omniscience is the answer? From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Helmet is the trickiest to recreate, I dropped the base and farmed the enchant myself. The enchant is a lot of damage and the phys as ele fracture is a lot of tankiness. Could build around just one to start though. GMP is probably a good link if you have a different enchant, it also helps with LGoH because of the extra projectiles. You can get 20-22% phys as ele on the watcher's eye if you lose the damage mod and run a purity.
