PoE Righteous Fire, Witch, Fire builds

Hey I tried pob a high budget tanky rf elementalist. Crit immune, 90 max res, capped chaos res with fourth vow, curse immune, edurance charges, 190 movement speed and still around 13 mil dps. Not sure if there are better ways to scale defences fourth vow seemed like a decent option. POBB:

Hi I absolutely love this skill and the Elementalist version of it with the golems and poured my heart and soul to push it and would love to make it so I eventually am able to clear and beat all the game's content including the pinnacle bosses(at least the non-ubers). Before the leaguestart, I planned a build around Stasis prison, before finding out how rare (and expensive) it would be.
