Was talking to someone in the poe subreddit about Lightning Warp today, and tinkering around with a LW build gave me ideas for another build. Introducing, the CWDT 50% MoM Hierophant. We use Tempest Shield and get a ton of block via Glancing Blows and some good block nodes. Sports around 1.2k mana regen. Normally CWDT would be pretty worthless on a block build, but thanks to Glancing Blows, we take half the damage we block, meaning we can still reliably trigger our spells. Buckle up, because this turned out long. TL;DR: I think there's a lot of potential here that people aren't exploring because the skill feels clunky at first. Since the start of this league, it's been my stubborn obsession to make Stormbind work well. I think I've done it (keyword think -- I don't play a ton).
