Current lvl76 and theoretical final PoB:
https://pastebin.com/qa4bqeD4 800 Dex and Int for 2 extra mines. Missing the entire mine wheel and over 1k ES, but you get the idea. Not great, not terrible. My set up and flasking is not very good here, and I'm used to killing Drox quicker than this, so I forgot the mechanics of the fight. Final (conditional) damage should exceed other BL miners. Ivory tower, while synergistic with the build, requires a lot of build around and chaos damage mitigation.
