I've seen a few posts here complaining about how squishy storm brand builds feel and this build is intended to show that this doesn't have to be the case. high Ehp, fortify, endurance charges, 48% attack/28% spell block chance and regen from agnostic means this build can survive endgame content even if my fps drops to the point where the game starts to look like a powerpoint presentation.
90% of the cost of my current gear is in the awakened gems, cluster jewels and a two stat watcher's eye which can easily be replaced for cheaper variants if you have a medium/small budget.
