PoE Atziri's Foible, The Ivory Tower builds

Sharing my latest build and hoping someone will see some improvements that can be made. Galvanic field has some downsides: Low AOE and poor hit rate. We get around the AOE by slotting a Phantasmal GV into a Crest of Desire, and Scaling mana with Heirophant. This gives GV domes usually a couple of screens of area. The beams fire from the centre of the dome and dont go through walls or obsticles, so open maps work better. So this is my current build I'm working towards right now. There are two versions of the build 1. a budget version which is the gear that I currently have equipped right now with almost no investment (like less than a divine at this point aside from foible) 2. the endgame version which is the gear and tree I'm hoping to get towards as the league progresses Both versions have a separate skill tree, gem links, and gear in the dropdowns. My idea here is that everyone seems to be playing lightning conduit, which is an awesome skill and very fun to play, but I wanted to take a unique spin on it

POB: I made this build mainly trying to make a cool pain attunement low life build which it used both attacks and spells with the help of battlmage cry and to apply the increase to spell damage from indigon to attacks aswell. In the end i had to gave it up for many reasons like: having to interrupt cyclone to cast BMC, warcry speed isnt fast enough, cant get enough power and you put at risk if surrounded by enemies who can stun you to death, and so on... But now, i used the space of the BMC to use reckoning to apply conductivity

Thoughts Pros \-Decent Damage/Clear \-Very good EHP (Block) \-Simple gear choices (Uniques everywhere lol) \-Budget 10ish ex? Clusters easy to craft. Watchers Eye 2ex Cons \-Chaos bosses can kill you if not careful \-Slow ES sustain, if a lot of damage goes through block you die \-Low physical Resistance, can be one shotted by big phys hits. \-DPS listed is not accurate, probably more like 25-40% less depending on Manapool, easily stays below 50% though.
