Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness. With the rising popularity of self-chill builds I was thinking about using that with raider. The thought process is to benefit from the dodge tankiness of raider + using Voltaxic Rift's shock with ice shot. Damage will be split between lightning & ice for trinity, as well as some added chaos damage. Also thinking of using The Taming for the increase hit damage for each ailment affecting the enemy. With my PoB I have 81% chance to shock and 66% chance to ignite. Thoughts?
