This is my CoC Bow deadeye (ice spear + freezing pulse or creeping frost). It has about 50 ex of investment with no headhunter and is destroying nem canyon maps. I opted for 2 inspired learning instead of another cluster setup as my damage is more than good enough.

This build has also done A9 and maven deathless
