[3.14] Self-Chill Ice Shot Raider - Grimro Speedrun Challenge - White Atoll Map

Here is my best speedrun of the 5 Atoll attempts I did for the Grimro speed clear challenge timed at 47 seconds. Not only does this build clear white maps in sub 60 seconds with ease, but it can also do 60% Juiced Deli maps deathless. See below for link.

This build requires many uniques to function at a high level, which includes Winterweave, Maligaro's Restraint, Inpulsa, Darkray Vectors, and Replica Hotheaded. Along with these uniques, you will need the cluster jewel mod Cold Conduction to self-chill, resulting in extremely high levels of movement speed. With all these items being required, filling out resistances and your life pool will be needed in either gloves, Ring 2, or Quiver.

To get the self-chill cap of 30% action speed, you will need 200% non-damaging ailment effect or cold ailment effect. This is acquired with cluster jewels and natural passives on the skill tree.

Short Build Summary: *This build excels in off-screening most mobs and freezing the mobs you missed. *Defensives are solid with 76% evasion, 58% dodge, and 30% spell dodge w/o flasks. *Defensives with flasks and lvl 28 Vaal Grace active is very tanky at 90% evasion, 75% dodge, and 68% spell dodge. *6L Ice Shot for clear is very smooth at 3.5 million non-boss dps. Additionally, Mirage Archer automated some of the clear and Ice Shot jewels give 6 target pierce. *Due to the high investment in movement speed, single target dps only reaches 4.1m Sirius DPS with flasks up, so use this build as a map farmer and not a boss farmer. (Non self-chill Ele Hit Raider is the best bow skill boss killer currently.) *This build cost around 150 exalted to make, which is on the expensive side for how it performs relative to other builds.
