PoE Forbidden Rite, Witch builds

Goal: Have 2 Forbidden Rites that chain off of each other using 2 CWDT and a Falling Zombie. &x200B; TLDR: ~~I believe when CWDT attempts to trigger a spell that cannot be triggered due to the ICD of CWDT, the damage for that spell gets set to 50% of the required damage of the CWDT. I don't know if this is documented anywhere, but it definitely isn't on the Wiki.~~ TLDR (edit): This is why you shouldn't over complicate things. The ICD is locking out the damage tracker also, which is why RZoF needs to do anywhere from 50%-99% of damage, because it will cause the two FRs to ping-pong.

first time doing COC cant figure out whats wrong with my build when I'm fighting single enemies/bosses feels like im either never hitting or never hitting crits, on pob says my main hand accuracy is 100% and my crit is 100%. any help majorly appreciate.

Ok so I made a build that I was thinking about for some time and I always hear about wardless build being much more pricey - well which it is :D but usually people say that it ends up being less tanky in the end but from my end it does not seem like it, atleast compared to some high investment wardloops I checked it seems quite alright. Only a proof-of concept as I had a previously leveled witch. I haven't played a self-chill build before so I did some reading of possible builds. I know that people usually do it with Lightning/molten strike for attacks or spark for spells. I have another combo I want to try this with: Hydrosphere Vortex. The idea is to use vortex on m1 which should clear trash but also inflict a freeze/brittle on Hydro. Hydro has a bunch of extra levels + crit so should be good enough for map bosses/guardians. The method for Self-chill is Winterweave, Call of the Void + FR
