I decided to try to make a build around these Warcry Charms and it ended up being one of my favorite builds i've ever made. I managed to take down 7/7 Uber bosses and most of all doing really well against Maven Invitations, and it also makes for a pretty smooth mapper with Herald of Ash and big AoE.

The tricky part about the build is the progression, since you are completely reliant on Charm slots which are unlocked in the endgame, I recommend playing a DD leaguestarter and transitioning into this once you have your charm slots ready. Pretty much any build can get you to atleast 2 charm slots, which is enough to make the build function.

Tripolarbear has a good guide for a DD elementalist league starter that works well. I made a very rough leveling tree and gem setup in my PoB for arma brand into DD as a Necro, but I am no DD expert.

Any way you choose to do it will likely require a decent amount of respeccing so keep in mind this is definately not a leaguestarter.
