PoE Purity of Fire, Purity of Ice, Purity of Lightning, Movement builds

Last time it was a hierophant, the issue was that absorption charges didn't apply as much of a benefit as theoretically thought, and additionally, I forgot that MoM only applies to life. Again like last time, this doesn't do very much damage, this time it deals more, but still not very consistently. So instead we decided to go with a juggernaut, and use two nebuloch maces. By getting up to 10 endurance charges, we can reduce elemental damage from hits by 20%, while also giving us a huge amount of base armor.
