This build is a good exercise in experimenting with flat phys and the Adorned jewel. However Prevy has a much better setup Volatility and Lightning damage spectres, which has much better overall performance (except for boss rushing, this build does have much lower cooldowns on BA). Do look up his channel if you want a BA that will do everything else better and on a smaller budget.
