PoE Champion, Simulacrum builds

Good evening PoEBuilds, I have been farming like mad and finally made a champ sparker. I recently got its gear together, but something feels terrible off. The last time I made a spark character was back in Delirium league. I was wondering if anybody could throw me a bone and help and try to figure out what I am doing wrong. For one, I am not exactly sure how to get to 90% all res. I have been trying to get all the non-curse aura effect I can, and even rolled quite a few Brutal restraints trying to get double nodes.
