Hey guys, because of the timing of the posts on the subreddit today (/u/Metaphoricalsimile and /u/thatsrealneato both posted very relevant topics to my build), I decided to post a Simulacrum W30 clear here to show the power of this build that I used to complete 36 Challenges this League. I've pretty much completed all content (except Flawless Breachstones as I'm too slow but explode from Asenath's Gentle Touch fixed that) deathless with no issues. This is a Champion self-cast Low Life Impale BFBB.

Here are the defences:
The damage is scaled using a bunch of buffs (other than just crit):
If you haven't already checked out Neato's post, this build's damage is relevant mainly because of the new Physical Masteries.
The first mastery lets BF leave a maximum of 50 Lingering Blades on the floor. It's a nice number since Woke Spell Cascade lets BF leave 25 LBs in 1 cast. Unleash with 1 Seal then leaves 50 LBs. Do note that BF volleys have a travel time before they hit the ground (and by extension LBs left on the ground), and existing undetonated LBs will expire if BF crosses the 50 LB limit based on their duration. With 4 Seals Unleash, you can actually cast BB twice and explode 100 LBs if you time it right. On the other hand, if you cast BB too fast before BF volleys hit the ground you will not detonate all LBs on the ground (which is why Cast Speed isn't actually that important, all you need is for both BF + BB cast time to add up to a number close to your Seal gain rate).
The second mastery gives us a much desired buff to enable Spell Impale. Previously we'd only have up to 55% which leaves much to be desired but 70%+ is a nice number to sit on. Capping Spell Impale isn't actually that important since we don't get much Impale Effect (only from Replica Heartbreakers, Dread Banner/passive tree nodes are absolutely not worth it), just a high number is good enough.
This build can function on a budget but I haven't made a budget PoB (don't intend to unless it picks up traction). Prior to Mageblood I was just running a rare Hunter Stygian Vise with resists and making up for the rest of it on jewels and gloves. Flasks were sustained with the Flask Charge on Crit mod + Use when full/adjacent flask use enchant combo. Rarely had any issues with flask sustain. Mana costs were managed using a few reduced mana cost jewels + Conqueror's Efficiency over Potency (an alternative is Lifetap on BF but I wanted to run RF with no fear). I have since then spec'd out of Prismatic Skin and went for more damage because I'm greedy. It's definitely possible to make this build tankier at the expense of damage if you want.
Thanks to /u/JezieNA because I took a lot of inspiration from him doing a PoB review on a similar build. Cheers! I'll try to answer questions about my build.
