This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop). Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage.
