PoE Lightning Strike, Melee builds

i never play lightning strick i decide to try it with the new unique but the dps is no that good ( first time make/play melee build ) how i can improve it ? :D

cost around 60c to make and pretty impressive damage eh. tanu ahi can be replace with southbound and a silver flask if its too unreliable.

I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I don't know if there's much new with this but I put together an assassin stacking flat chaos dmg on gear and chaos dmg % and multi on the tree. It takes Perfect Agony. In my own testing I found just putting the attack skill in the 6l to be mandatory for clear, and my DPS is about 2m with pretty shit gear. What's the idea here? Choir of the storm, perfect form, formless inferno and Perseverance are your key items.
