PoE Lightning builds without Doryani's Prototype

Good evening PoEBuilds, I have been farming like mad and finally made a champ sparker. I recently got its gear together, but something feels terrible off. The last time I made a spark character was back in Delirium league. I was wondering if anybody could throw me a bone and help and try to figure out what I am doing wrong. For one, I am not exactly sure how to get to 90% all res. I have been trying to get all the non-curse aura effect I can, and even rolled quite a few Brutal restraints trying to get double nodes. Hello Exiles, I found a broken mechanic from Jungroan, traps can work with mines, so when you detonate a mine, you will launch trap if linked with a trap, but you will say "wtf why you talking about traps and mines with Discharge" ? Hello, I am LS champ farming del + beyond but feels not enough damage when hit end of maps. I cant do blights in LS, that means minus beyond mobs. Feels like i need some explode build for that. How much invest should i expect for build? Like TS omni. Actually is there anything better than TS's? I know BV is nuts but much expensive right?

I've theory crafted (with help from a friend) a champion wild strike build using only cold damage by using the jewels and stacking hatred effect. The build has good defences through fortify, block, spell suppresion and leech. Aswell as having respectable damage for a melee build. I'm going to do some party play with my friends who just want to chill together. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit. The main idea for my build was a lightning/cold crit character that inflicts max brittle and shock to help everyone out. Here is the build I need help with making it make more sense. Mainly the belt and rings kinda suck. I also don't really want to use ashes but the reservation is just way too good. Also also I don't know if the lack of move/cast speed will feel bad. [
