PoE Melee builds with custom stat filters

Hi friends, Sharing a build here to help others and also collect ideas to optimize. I was able to complete all Ubers deathless (I died many times before accomplishing this) and 40/40 Challenges. Different versions of the build were used depending on the situation I was in (99 to 100) and content played (map clear/Ubers). Hope everyone had a good leaguestart. I made a theory craft on bloodseekers before launch and everyone was worried about the availability. However on day 1 I had bought 10 claws on average of 10c each. However after I posted about it in a thread, the price skyrocketed. But a 400pdps claw and instant leach for 1-2 div is still really good. Now I have cleared all the pinnacle bosses except the uber versions.
