PoE Impossible Escape, Occultist builds

Saw somebody post their Poison Winter Orb build earlier today and thought I'd share the Poison Ball Lightning I made. It's more or less identical to Poison Spark, both in tree and gameplay feel, except for bossing when I swap gems and rings. You (probably) shouldn't play this? It does feel a tiny bit worse than Poison Spark in doing most things. But it was a nice change of pace for a bit, and I have a strong suspicion that as long as you have an Original Sin, you could get Ball Lightning going farther on a smaller budget than Spark. I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. Now, I am trying to find a way to improve my DPS without sacrificing survivability. And sadly, I am out of ideas now. If someone has any suggestions for 50 divines budget I will be reall

With the new Voltaxic Rift 100% lightning -> chaos conversion, occultist becomes interesting. This means profane bloom could help solve some of the mapping issues for me.
