PoE Deadeye, Cold, Bossing builds

Taking Jungroan build to the max. I am currently the highest dps on poeninja for Divergent Creeping Frost Deadeye. This is even without haste slotted in. That would put me over 250mil. I've been PoBing this build for a couple of weeks now and I think I've got a pretty decently optimized league starter tree+gear. 4 million pinnacle DPS with easily obtainable rares and no PoB warrior BS.
