PoE Elementalist, Lightning builds

Hello guys, Just crafted a generic POB for ignite elementalist using divine ire, i've got up to 750k ignite dmg/ 4.2m total ignite dmg, 171%hp, purity of elements for elemental immunity, determination to avoid 1 shots and also golems stuff. The build doesn't relly on the EE because it's way too far on the tree, the good thing is that you can get it through scourge implicits :), either way the dmg is still good. Okay so I'm not really enjoying this league. I don't like the meta builds they don't appeal to me so I went into the lab to try to come up with some horrible amalgamation of two of my favorite skills: Herald of Thunder and Crackling Lance. My issue with CL has always been having to stand still in order to put out damage when the game, at times, seems to force you to move constantly. My issue with HoT has been that it doesn't clear consistently. Well... they seem to cover up each others shortcomings so why not try to smash them together. i made some theorycrafting around this idea lately. the build is still fresh and only PoB, but it seems like a nice combo: HOW IT WORKS: \+"the queen's hunger" triggers offerings that affect you (AT 100% EFFECT) \+by using "leash of oblation" you can have an offering of each type \+skill duration helps keep offerings up, but you need increased duration on chest and passives \+"storm burst" benefits heavily from skill duration \+"storm burst" is a channeling skill, so using "the immortal will" makes the harbinger apply a nice buff to you \+as bone offering grants block chance
