PoE 3.23 Affliction Profane Bloom, Projectile builds

Toxic Rain Occulist using a couple Flasks gain a Charge charms. Many items could be better (better rolls/tems/gems)

Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

Hi everyone, This is the first time I am investing this much in a character and yet I can't run T16 full juiced maps. (100+quant abyss scarabs, 3k+ whisp, etc.) I don't know what to do. I know the best strength stackers aren't occultist but I feel like with that level of gear I should expect to be able to run maps. Any suggestions would be so appreciated! Thanks! One thing I have noticed it the spectre setup is kinda meh because In juiced maps it dies so fast I can't keep haste up. POB:

Anyone tried this skill? I PoB'd something quite interesting imo: To get this much atk speed, i stack minion stats for the damage, any +4 double corrupt would do it, it's pretty cheap My main and only concern is: what happens when the mob moves? this will get annoying real quick.. Part of my wants to pair this with Wintertide Brand, but mixing the two might be too weird
