I don't know if the occultist pop is usefull or not with something like flicker, would love some extra ideas and feedback. Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill.
