PoE Lethal Pride, Sublime Vision builds

This is what the absolute min-max of a poison lightning strike pathfinder build looks like. I've spent the past two weeks self crafting all of the gear, and testing out what works best. After a late months start, I finally had enough div to get a hate forge, but I am having trouble with pathing my tree as the points are spaced real thin. Also how much rage regen do I really need, and what's he break point for flat mana regen vs inc mana regen. tx in advance

pob: 84% explode chance (sublime vision + chest + weapon) ; 99% with devastator, but this cannnot chain 99% double damage chance (gem + helm enchant + watcher eye + clusters + tree + timeless jewel) build is pretty scuffed, but ill put in more stuff like bottled faith and animate guardian once i get more money. This build attempts to leverage 3.19 Fortify, Arctic Armour, Cloak of Flames, Mokou's Embrace, and 100% of elemental and physical damage taken as fire to create a tanky meme build with passable damage. 90% Max Fire res is achieved Exarch boot mod, Fire res small cluster, 4% from tree, and 7% from Purity of Fire. 100% taken as is achieved with Sublime Vision, PoF Watcher's, Helmet warband/delve mod, Cloak of Flames, Dawnbreaker, and Tasalio, Cleansing Water (Chieftain ascendancy). A perfectly rolled Dawnbreaker isn't actually nee
