84% explode chance (sublime vision + chest + weapon) ; 99% with devastator, but this cannnot chain

99% double damage chance (gem + helm enchant + watcher eye + clusters + tree + timeless jewel)

build is pretty scuffed, but ill put in more stuff like bottled faith and animate guardian once i get more money. Also, let me know if tree can be optimized because this is my first time doing zerker and pure phys build

edit: Gave up on the build after investing into it some more. It needs too much ramping on an active enemy to do decent damage, and the clear isn't that good either with the explode stacking. Overall, cringe build, i liked my storm burst char better, would not recommend.

final pob: https://pobb.in/EJ4D7_BZNLvli was able to do uber exarch with this, but i died a couple times and the ramp was too long to feel good. With Stormburst, you can ramp the orbs before the boss pops up, but you can't do it with this. Also too many buttons
