PoE League Starter, SSF, Nova, Bossing builds without Ascendant, Deadeye, Ranger Ascendancy

Hello there - Self-Cast Voltaxic Burst on Trickster is a build that I have been iterating on since it's introduction in 3.15. Despite being a relatively new player when it was introduced, I began trying to make my own build with it because I like to improve at the games I play. Up until yesterday, I have not played this build since the third week of the league or so. The build that I have constructed was able to clear T16s and reach level 95 in SSF this league. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
