PoE Glacial Cascade builds

I try to make at least one ignite build each league, and this has been one of my favourites so far. This started out based on a post about a month ago from someone trying to get the best out of replica CIP by using cold to fire conversion and I tried to do the same for ignite and glacial cascade caught my eye. So I was thinking to myself; how do I create an autobomber that uses every skill that I can possibly fit into it while still doing damage?
