POB here: https://pastebin.com/mgbPFZQe Kinda cheap to follow at this time of league since the Aul's Uprising with Hatred mod is really cheap now. Build has good clearing speed with huge aoe. Body Armour with Searing or Eldritch implict can be upgraded when you have enough currency, or else just use Lesser mods. You only need rather helmet or armour with Loathing essence mod to have enough mana to cast, no need both. I crafted the helmet for other build earlier.
