Overview
[Scion] I do believe I've theory crafted the stupidest build in Path of Exile. is a Path of Exile Ascendant build by PathOfExalted, made for the Harbinger league (3.0). It is centered on Glacial Cascade and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 131.95K DPS with 3.49K life, 510 energy shield. Key uniques include Maligaro's Virtuosity, Cospri's Malice, The Wise Oak, The Halcyon, Kiara's Determination.

So I was thinking to myself; how do I create an autobomber that uses every skill that I can possibly fit into it while still doing damage? And then I went brain dead for two and a half hours and when I was finally revived I found I had created this - https://pastebin.com/uNMHXMa6
In the event you cannot count (Like myself), there's a total of 10 spells used to create this. There are items removed because.. well.. I had no idea what else to put in.. But I'll leave it up to you to fill in those gaps if you're brave enough to attempt this madness. You will never have enough mana to support this without Lavianga's Spirit and I'm still unsure if that can save you from this horrible build.
I have no clue if it works, I have no clue how it would work, I have no recommendations on gearing.. Enjoy!
