Overview
POE 3.15 - Glacial Cascade Dead? is a Path of Exile Occultist build by Morry's Gaming, made for the Scourge league (3.16). Morry's Gaming's Notes
pob for 3.16 as requested (theory crafting, I am working out of town did not test it): This is lv97 tree with utilizing high block + recovery life on block shield. Void battery x2 will definitely yield much higher damage. AOE is smaller than before, may wanna drop some damage for AOE for better clear.
This is just a quick video as requested by someone. Long story short, dps got chopped in half from 3.14. Mapping doesn't feel too much different, but I am sure bossing will take twice as long comparing to previous video. Pob doesn't lie (I hope).
I didn't spend time tweaking pob other than swapping out awakened control destruction. In any case, pob is below:
