Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive. Especially his take on LA deadeye with Determination stood out to me and I wanted to make a character based on that. Added +90% fire res in config because for some reason Pob does not show it properly as my character in game, here is screenshot of it : Added Culling Strike because then it adds the DPS which it shouldn't if my Eternal Struggle worked properly and it has 15% Culling Strike, but I don't know how to add 50% increased effect of Culling Strike, it should be even more DPS.
