PoE League Starter, Simulacrum builds without Mjolner

Hello exiles, &x200B; just theorycrafted some selfcast blazing salvo builds for ascendant (door + pathfinder), door and elementalist. They all use MoM + EB (specced until devouring diadem). The way i simulated the dps for BS is I took old firestorm lvl 18 which has pretty much the same dps as lvl 20 BS. I also used lvl 15 immolate to simulate the lower added dmg effectivnes of blazing salvo. The gear i used for simulation is in my opinion mediocre. Obviously devouring diadem is not gonna be easy to get on league start but it should get a lot cheaper after a week or two. Since i dont ha

The idea behind the build was to map with Divine Ire and then blow up bosses with the charges you've generated, since the cooldown looks annoying but the base damage is huge. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)

I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. Posting my league starter, should be a viable build for doing all content in the game, i myself plan on starting this in SSF. don't mind the weapon it's just a place holder to simulating something i can get a day or 2 in. rest of gear is up to you playing.

I'm tired of seeing build guides for Spectral Shield Throw that pad their damage with unreliable buffs or mirror-worthy gear. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear.
