PoE 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible, 3.20 Sanctum Cold, Duration builds without Mageblood with custom stat filters

PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?

Sup BoneZoners, i was playing around with the new Trauma Support Gem. Despite the majority of people tends to use it with Frostbreath i had a different weapon in mind that can utilize the huge amount of flat physical damage. With 28 Trauma stacks it will add 308 to 672 physical damage to attacks. This is my PoB: It ends up with around 25 Million Shaper DPS. Its not a league starter. it´s a theory craft for my SSF league. all uniques are fairly achievable in SSF. The last league i got 7x Annihilating Lights, 3x Heatshiver and 3x T

I'm following TriPolarBear Cold Dot Elementalist build, i'm clearing quite fast (i guess) even t16 maps. Problem is that sometimes i just got oneshotted and i don't know why, even in T12/14, so i keep losing xp and it's been more than a week now and i'm still at 93. Am i missing something crucial? 4.3k life, 2.1k es, 100% supress, 25k eva. Pretty happy at 60% delirious, but struggles at 22+ simu. I have a pretty good investment into this - and sitting at (maybe?) about 7m base dps, 12m if I swap in barrage. I've been very conservative with hits from the manaforged arrows, and not even considered the avian aspect damage. I'm liking the playstyle but I'm having a hard time planning on upgrades beyond better weapons/amulet. I also thought about switching to ignite vortex, using proliferation in the glove. The main thing is: What tips to improve my damage (I wanted to have something around 6\~7 million in guardians), and mainly, the movespeed (is it possible something around 120\~130%?). My current POB:
