PoE Cyclone builds with custom stat filters

Disclaimer: I haven't played this build yet and idk if I actually play it bc leveling new character is kinda lazy. Even though I want to share it since I made it! Looking for input on the following build. I filled in a passive tree and added the mandatory items I know of. I'm going for a Low Life Occultist that uses cyclone+CoC+cold dot. From how I picture this... 1) cyclone crits and causes cold snap to proc. cold snap generates frenzy charges. Hi all! I know you probably get a lot of these "can you pls help", but I'll give it a shot anyway. So as per the title im playing shockwave cyclone slayer, and I feel like my single target damage is very low. I can run T16 maps, but mobs with a lot of healths (archnemesis, sometimes map bosses etc.) takes quite a lot to kill. Anything in the PoB that stands out as "upgrade this ASAP"? They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. Since Omniscience takes care of elemental resistances we can use all the suffixes for attributes and we certainly do that. Where we can, we sneak in a little increased attributes, too.
