[3.16] CoC Ice Nova Build | Assassin | Scourge | Path of Exile 3.16

Hey guys, cast on crit ice nova assassin build is here. This is %14 cdr, 7.57 aps version. It's really hard and expensive to do %52 cdr version. So I'm sticking with this one. With the new changes it's possible to open grace aura to get additional evasion rating. Evasion works perfect with new Ghost Dance keystone. So we have reliable energy recovery.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 10-50 ex

Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?

• Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
• Replica Conqueror's Efficiency
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.

• Power charges
• Diamond Flask, Silver Flask with crit chance mod
• Inspiration charges
• Precision
• Ascendancy, Skill tree
• Cospri's Malice

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from belt because awakened cast on crit gem is too expensive.

• Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum lvl 3)
• Shaper/Crusader belt
• Shaper/Crusader boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance. I got flat accuracy from one ring and using level 20 precision. Also Unnatural Instinct gives us some inc global accuracy.

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone. "1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion" mod is important. Try to get one of these mods:

• 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
• 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion

Leveling: I leveled up with storm brand. You can find leveling gems and trees in the video.

3.17 CHANGES:

• Ice Nova: Now deals 18 to 26 Cold Damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 769 to 1130 at gem level 20 (previously 518 to 762). Now adds 3 to 4 Cold Damage against Chilled Enemies at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 118 to 172 at gem level 20 (previously 79 to 116). Now has 190% Effectiveness of Added Damage at all gem levels (previously 120%).
• Cast on Critical Strike Support: Supported Skills now deal 19% less Spell Damage at gem level 1 (previously 20% more), and 10% less at gem level 20 (previously 29% more).
• Frozen Trail jewel is removed. (Link lesser multiple projectile to frostbolt.)
• The Poet's Pen, Cospri's Malice and Mjölner have had their cooldown on triggering socketed spells increased to 0.25 seconds (previously 0.15 seconds).
