Omniscience is very OP rn, but if you want to pair it with coc, accuracy become problem (no bonus from dex and can't use shaper's touch and naturally you are suffix-starved).

The idea is that take Scion Jugg node and can build with much less gear dependent.

• Offence:

• 700k dps(can be overlapped 5 times)

• Deffence:

  • 4000HP

  • 20k eva/ar

  • 64% spell sup w/o gear mod

• Gear: expensive part will be

  • 2 large cluster ,1ex each

  • forbidden jewels with chieftain mod are 50c rn but can be expensive much more

  • woke spell cascade, 50c

  • other than that I think no more expensive gear

Note:

you need at least one T2 accuracy in somewhere to cap chance to hit in this setup.

life cost is 1000hp per sec, so it can brick entire build. I hope life leech (from large cluster) does offset it but I don't know if it's enough. Buckup plan is to use bladfall instead but idk.
