PoE League Starter, Bossing builds without Animate Guardian, Duelist, Raider, Shadow

Looking for some feedback before leaguestart. I've been working on a medium-high budget version for comfortable bossing and harder atlas content. I bumped up the gem levels on BB to simulate the buffs. Added Skitterbots for 'Divine blessing support' as a temp aura for bossing. (That's why I have to much reserved mana) My focus is on great sustain in longer boss fights. Life on spellhit, up to 86%dmg taken recoup, 800+ life regen, Eldritch battery w. 800+ ES regen (will also make the Blessing cost feel "free") and fix mana issues. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps. After some playtesting, I also dropped Herald of Ice because it did not add a lot towards clear (not as much as commonly anticipated).
