Context: This build is a modification of Jungroan's 3.19 self-chill Spark Inquisitor I was curious about the Arcane Surge changes for 3.21, and if they could be abused given that Spark spends a ton of mana and could easily hit the Arcane surge mana cap With the Crucible mechanic, this build could be pushed even further POB issues: POB doesn't seem to be correctly calculating Arcane Surge's new 10-25% more spell damage with supported skills. Even with 110% arcane surge effect, it's showing 19% and 42% more spell damage. It
