Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC. Hey all, I am new to this subreddit and I don't know if you're supposed to link your own created builds in here, but I made my own build, which I'd say is successive compared to what I've been doing.
