PoE 3.23 Affliction Spell Echo, Cold builds

Just about done with the league so I thought I'd post my builds. Very happy with how all of them turned out, very fun league in general. Ice Spear Deadeye with White Wind/Battlemage pob: Single target: B Clear: B- Tankiness: B- Budget: A+ I knew I wanted to try this build as soon as I saw the Battlemage gem, since White Wind is one of my favorite uniques. [Level 89 Hybrid Crit Ice Nova of Deep Freeze Hierophant \[3.23\] (pobb.in)]( This is my only 4th char; I'm not using any guides. Still looking for a good body armor to replace Ghostwrithe with. But at least this build freezelocks 17M hp map bosses. I might try Elemental Proliferation Support because sometimes projectile mobs still can snipe me from beyond the screen. So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill. I started putting the build together earlier in the league but made some pretty good adjustments today. There's a couple small upgrades left I want to make but the last main part of my idea I haven't figured out yet and would like some help.
