PoE Cast On Critical Strike, Inquisitor builds without Detonate Dead, Detonate Dead of Chain Reaction

Mostly a happy brag post as I don't have many people to share this with. I ran about 1k Canyons doing sanctums before. Best sanctified relic I got was 11% attack speed. I had been doing the infinite winged sextant strategy for awhile but it wasn't conducive to farming sanctums quickly. Switched back to harvest / delirium stream of consciousness strategy rushing through Canyons for faster sanctums. Only ~20 maps later this dropped from Lycia bringing my Uber dps to 99 million, 114 million with uber flask setup. Surprisingly tanky plus everything is chilled / frozen / dead. Budg

On brand wheels, there is a mastery available that reads "Recover 10% of mana when a brand expires while attached". In theory, if we reduce the brand duration low enough, we can proc this effect frequently enough to sustain the monstrous mana costs of Indigon or Archmage. And since we are recovering by a percentage of maximum mana, we don't really need to invest much into mana regeneration. Our mana recovery will basically scale with our maximum mana. Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit. Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know. This was my PoB back then, in case you guys can see something useful from it where I don't.

I want to share you a build I made because I'm a Mana Stacking enjoyer since Sigil of Power and Arcane Cloak are perfect in SSF to scale your damage, the huge problem in general with those build is the tankiness, here, the tankiness isn't the problem First, why CoC instead of self casting ? The main reason : If you play CoC, you will use Cyclone, since Cyclone is an attack you can include leech in your build, that's exactly why I'm tanky The goal is to leech Mana/Life to take profit of MoM and sustain mana for Arcane Cloak and charge Sigil constantly I use Instruments of Virtue o
