PoE 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible, 3.24 Necropolis Witch builds with custom stat filters

Self-Chill lightning conduit league starter build. It needs the Call of the Void Ring, but completely playable without it. Compared to my last explodey lightning conduit starter, it runs faster, is tankier, but has less damage and worse clear. It won't be able to start end-game boss farming on day 1-2, but I don't think that's a goal for most players. Here's an example first week gear:

im still a noob so can a smarter person improve this? if u have the time in the upcoming patch notes lightning tendrils got buffed and guarantees crit every 3 pulses so i kinda want to combine it the new arcane surge ( grants cast speed instead of spell damage) so it's kinda easier now to proc Elemental overload it's a little clunky (2 buttons: hydropshere then lightning tendrils) and slow pob : (lightning tendrils and arcane surge is not updated yet in pob so dps might change) what u guys think?

My fellow exiles, well-versed in the art of pob, I am looking for optimization on my Arc Ignite Elementalist. Trying to build a decently tanky character for legion farming (no bossing except Hillock), with the 100% more life sextant. It still rocks a cast on death portal. Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap. The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft.
