PoE 3.23 Affliction Deadeye builds without Mageblood

Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive. Especially his take on LA deadeye with Determination stood out to me and I wanted to make a character based on that. It was made to clear really quickly, get map completion, buy the boss carries for 4 voidstones, and farm whatever low tier content that is profitable at the current moment. This is my first league (came from D4) and I have had a blast. Learned a lot. I look forward to POE2 coming out soon. Before the league ends I want to reach level 100 with my tornado shot dead-eye and was hoping anyone had advice on how I can proceed to push into harder content. In particular, I am wanting to get where I can do t16 jungle valleys and what not. However, I just don't think my skills and gear are where they should be for that (thinking I am lacking the DPS). A few days ago, I posted about survivability and y'all were great helps. I geared up with the help of someone I met on the trade market (Xbox) and by farming some more currency. Sitting on 11div and 94 chaos. I moved some passives around to get a large cluster jewel that I rolled a bunch of chaos on and it turned out ok. My survival has been much better but I feel I'm clearing more slowly. I've tried to fight exarch and eater and I can't do it with 6 portals. I'm trash at this game too. First league. According to PoB my DPS is combined 1.3 million. Im copying the MaxRoll LA league starter guide. My build is literally just a copy. According to their PoB, they have 16 million DPS. I know Im shy a couple levels and one gem. My bow DPS is good. Where am I missing 14 million damage?
