I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech. I'm playing SSF and I got two replica last resort and was thinking about trying to make a accuracy stacker, but I'm not sure I can get it to work well. This is what I've planned so far.
