PoE 3.23 Affliction Ranger, Cold builds

As I approach the end of my first campaign run, I've spent several hours in PoB trying to make an Ice Shot Deadeye build and would appreciate any feedback on whether I've missed any glaring gameplay mechanics, adjustments etc that could enhance the playstyle further. I am running a Dissolution of Flesh + Rathpith build where I have 6k max HP but I'm running around on 1hp due to DoF. I recently got full ailment immunity, removing my need for Soul of the Brine King Major God power. Can I drop Brine King and be safe with not being stunned every 0.5 seconds or should I keep it cause I think stun is based on hp? Thanks in advance! My build in case its needed:

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. I started the league off with Aer0 cobra lash build and I'm barely in to maps but it is feeling just really awful. Mapping is just really painful. Cannot even attempt Affliction stuff because especially my single-target is abysmal.
