Helmet - Wilma's provides Ancestral Bond which is a massive bonus. Nothing going to compete for DPS here. This build is a Jugg that utilize precise technique together with the lightning damage mastery that makes your non-crit lightning damage lucky. This results in some serious damage that I think is the only way to have precise technique core to a build. The skill I chose was siege ballista since it is easy to scale since there are good totem nodes on the pathing to the lightning mastery with arcing blows. I only put on some shit gear to have as a template. What do you think? PoB:
